A commercial display has a job to do: pull people in and hold up for eight straight weeks. We design for how the property is actually seen, whether that is from a parking lot, a highway at speed, or a lobby doorway, and we manage the whole thing from install through removal.
✦ How We Work
We walk the property and design around sightlines, traffic flow, and where your customers actually approach from.
Work is scheduled around your hours so nothing goes up in the middle of a shift or a dinner rush.
Rooflines, entrances, and landscaping outside; trees, garland, and ceiling work inside.
Maintenance for the whole season, then complete removal and storage when it ends.
✦ The Process
A commercial display is designed from where people actually see it. We walk the property with you, note the approach from the parking lot or the street, the entrances customers use, the sightlines from the road at speed, and the interior spaces guests spend time in. From that we build a design and a fixed proposal for the season: install, maintenance, removal and storage, all in one number.
Installation is scheduled around your hours so nothing goes up in the middle of a shift or a dinner rush. Through the season the display is ours to keep running, and at the end we remove everything on a date that suits you and store it for next year.
✦ What We Light
Everything is custom-cut to the building rather than assembled from fixed-length strands, so runs begin and end at the architecture and there are far fewer connections sitting outside for the season. Colors can be keyed to your branding or kept to a classic warm white.
✦ Scheduling
Commercial projects take longer to plan than a house: there is a walkthrough, a proposal, often a property manager or board to sign off, and an install window that has to fit your operating hours. The earlier we start, the more choice you have over the install date. Booking by October is the comfortable position; pre-Thanksgiving dates fill first.
We coordinate access, parking and power with your facilities contact before the crew arrives, and we work out the install window (before open, after close, or daytime in common areas) with you rather than assuming it.
Commercial work is quoted per property rather than on the residential tiers; the pricing page explains the residential range if you also have a home to light.
