Jeffersonville splits into two kinds of install. The historic homes around Spring Street have the detail, deep porches, decorative brackets, tall narrow facades, along with the tight lots and on-street parking that come with a nineteenth-century grid. Those jobs are slow, careful and worth it. The riverfront properties near the Big Four Bridge have the opposite problem: wide open sightlines and a display that reads from across the water, so it has to hold together at distance rather than up close.
We cross the bridge daily through the season, so Jeffersonville runs on the same schedule as the Kentucky side rather than being fitted in around it. Southern Indiana properties get the same crews, the same mid-season maintenance at no charge, and the same takedown and storage terms. There is no Indiana surcharge and no separate waiting list.

Can you light historic Spring Street homes without damaging the trim?
Yes. Everything is hung on clips sized to the gutter, shingle or trim it attaches to. Nothing is stapled, nailed or screwed into the building, and it all comes off cleanly at takedown, which matters more on hundred-year-old woodwork than on a new build.
Is pricing different in Indiana?
